What should I do if I haven’t received my booking confirmation email?

If you’ve booked a holiday with us and haven't received your booking confirmation email, there are a few reasons as to why this may be.

  • You may have misspelled your email address
  • The email went into your ‘junk’ folder
  • Your booking is pending

If it has been over 72 hours since you made a booking and you still haven’t received your booking confirmation email, please call 01234 975 975 using the same phone number linked to the booking, and Sandy, our friendly virtual assistant, will be able to help.
