How do I log in to Manage My Booking?

You can access Manage My Booking on our loveholidays app or online.

Logging in via the app

  1. Open the loveholidays app.
  2. Tap ‘Account’ and log in or create an account with us. Any past or future bookings associated with your email address will be automatically added to your account.
  3. We'll then send you an SMS containing a magic link, which will take you back to the app.
  4. Once logged in, tap 'Manage bookings' to see your itinerary, access your booking documents and request changes to your holiday.

Just so you know, once you’ve completed the above steps, you won’t be asked to log in again as all your details will remain active on the app, even when there is no internet connection.

Logging in on our website

  1. Click on Manage My Booking on the loveholidays website
  2. Enter your login details or create an account with us
  3. We'll then send you an email containing a magic link
  4. Click on the link to be taken back to Manage My Booking where you can find your booking documents, request changes and add holiday extras.

Can’t access your booking? Please contact us on 01234 975 975 using the same phone number linked to the booking and Sandy, our friendly virtual assistant, will be able to help.
